The method of installing an exhibition stand depends on various factors, such as the number of floors, size, type, materials used, the presence of a podium, decorative elements, suspensions and overlaps. Depending on the complexity of the stand, our engineers will develop algorithms and assembly sequences, which our installers will then use to assemble the stand.
A standard exhibition stand design usually refers to a ‘shell scheme’, the most common and economical layout at exhibitions and trade fairs. Such a stand is typically 3 m x 3 m (9 square metres), though other sizes are also common, such as 6 m x 3 m. The walls consist of two or three white laminated or fabric-covered modular panels. The front panel displays the exhibitor’s name and sometimes the booth number. Basic carpet flooring is often available, but the color range is usually limited.
If you order an exhibition stand from us, we will order all the necessary services from the exhibition organizer independently. Otherwise, this is usually done via your exhibitor account on the organizer’s website.
If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the The Micam.
