Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
The cost of constructing an exhibition stand at the Food Tech Expo exhibition includes the design elements, logistics and the work of the installation team for assembling and dismantling the stand, as well as the project manager’s work.
There are no size restrictions on stands. We have the capacity and personnel to complete any project, no matter how ambitious. Please note that large stands and complex projects must be submitted to the builder well in advance of installation. Ideally, this should be at least 3 months in advance.
The organisers of event Food Tech Expo determine the conditions and requirements for designing and constructing exhibition stands at their venue. You can request this information via their website or find it in the manual if you have already purchased a place to participate in the exhibition.
If your booth design for the Food Tech Expo includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand.
