If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the EquipHotel, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
Once we have finalised the design of your exhibition stand, we will create renderings. These 3D visualisations show the exhibition stand from all angles, giving you the best possible idea of what your stand will look like at the exhibition.
A standard exhibition stand design usually refers to a ‘shell scheme’, the most common and economical layout at exhibitions and trade fairs. Such a stand is typically 3 m x 3 m (9 square metres), though other sizes are also common, such as 6 m x 3 m. The walls consist of two or three white laminated or fabric-covered modular panels. The front panel displays the exhibitor’s name and sometimes the booth number. Basic carpet flooring is often available, but the color range is usually limited.
There are no size restrictions on stands. We have the capacity and personnel to complete any project, no matter how ambitious. Please note that large stands and complex projects must be submitted to the builder well in advance of installation. Ideally, this should be at least 3 months in advance.
