Technical services at the exhibition venue are provided by the organizer of the exhibition. To order the necessary services, please either email the organizer or place an order through your exhibitor account on their website, provided that you have already booked a place at this exhibition. If you are building an exhibition stand with us, we will manage everything in your exhibitor account and calculate the required number of services.
If your booth design for the Balttechnika includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. We work with experienced video equipment contractors throughout Europe, enabling us to offer you the best possible combination of price and quality.
We provide a full range of services for the construction of exhibition stands. You need to agree with us in advance on a list of what you will need at the exhibition: any additional equipment, catering services, souvenirs, etc.
Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
