As every year in the spring, the International Baltic Jewelry Exhibition “Amber Journey” will invite everyone to the capital of the Baltic countries, Vilnius. International exhibition of jewelry and amber products, which is the only event of this scale in the Baltic countries.
“In the 16th anniversary year of the show, we expect to receive about 200 participants from the Baltic countries, Poland, Turkey, Italy, Ukraine, Russia, the USA, India and other countries. We will also have at least one and a half thousand important buyers (wholesalers, museums, collectors) from all over the world – Europe, Australia, China, India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, the USA and other countries. Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the Amber Trip exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
If you rent an exhibition stand from us, we provide logistics, assembly, and dismantling services for the stand on site.
Technical services at the exhibition venue are provided by the organizer of the exhibition. To order the necessary services, please either email the organizer or place an order through your exhibitor account on their website, provided that you have already booked a place at this exhibition. If you are building an exhibition stand with us, we will manage everything in your exhibitor account and calculate the required number of services.
If you are building an exhibition stand at Amber Trip with our company, we can order the necessary equipment for you, either through our contractors or via your exhibitor account with the organiser. Otherwise, you will need to order any necessary equipment and services directly from the organiser via email or your exhibitor account.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the Amber Trip, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
