Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the Дом I exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
