We offer free design changes. Our aim is to ensure that the stand meets your visual expectations and is as useful as possible during the exhibition.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the Transexpo, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the Transexpo.
If your booth design for the Transexpo includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. We work with experienced video equipment contractors throughout Europe, enabling us to offer you the best possible combination of price and quality.
