Once we have finalised the design of your exhibition stand, we will create renderings. These 3D visualisations show the exhibition stand from all angles, giving you the best possible idea of what your stand will look like at the exhibition.
The method of installing an exhibition stand depends on various factors, such as the number of floors, size, type, materials used, the presence of a podium, decorative elements, suspensions and overlaps. Depending on the complexity of the stand, our engineers will develop algorithms and assembly sequences, which our installers will then use to assemble the stand.
Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the Transexpo exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
Thanks to their size and ease of installation, pop-up displays can be placed almost anywhere. These structures are primarily used at conferences and other short-term events. You should check with the exhibition organizer to see if pop-up systems are permitted at a particular exhibition.
