Südback is one of the largest trade fairs for bakery and confectionery products, attracting more than 33,000 visitors from 70 countries to Stuttgart every year. If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
Technical services at the exhibition venue are provided by the organizer of the exhibition. To order the necessary services, please either email the organizer or place an order through your exhibitor account on their website, provided that you have already booked a place at this exhibition. If you are building an exhibition stand with us, we will manage everything in your exhibitor account and calculate the required number of services.
There are no size restrictions on stands. We have the capacity and personnel to complete any project, no matter how ambitious. Please note that large stands and complex projects must be submitted to the builder well in advance of installation. Ideally, this should be at least 3 months in advance.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the Sudback, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
