Information About the Event SIMEI
SIMEI, organized by the Unione Italiana Vini Società Cooperative (UIV), has a long tradition.
It has been held in Milan since 1963 and is considered the world’s leading exhibition of wine technology.
According to the cooperation agreement with the UIV, SIMEI will alternate between Italy and Munich in the future.
It will premiere at drinktec in 2017. SIMEI’s separate exhibition area, which will cover at least 20,000 square meters, will display all types of machinery and equipment for winemaking and wine processing, including related packaging.

Yes, the organizer usually imposes penalties for late arrivals. If this happens through no fault of our own, we are liable to you and the exhibition center, as specified in the contract.
Creating a simple stand design usually takes 1–2 days. For more complex stands and 3D renderings, the time required may increase to three days.
The cost of constructing an exhibition stand at the SIMEI exhibition includes the design elements, logistics and the work of the installation team for assembling and dismantling the stand, as well as the project manager’s work.
No special permits are required for the construction of modular exhibition stands. The decision is yours. Such stands are more environmentally friendly, and organizers are enthusiastic about their use at exhibition venues. We can build a modular exhibition stand for you at the SIMEI.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the SIMEI, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
