Comprehensive offer for anti-corrosion protection
The exhibition portfolio includes processes and equipment for corrosion protection and prevention, anti-corrosion packaging, surface corrosion control services, systems and services for measurement, testing and control, research and development, literature, media, training, etc. Thus, COROSAVE will be useful specialists in the automotive industry, manufacturers of metalworking machines and equipment, medical and electronic equipment, aerospace, energy, shipbuilding, construction and other sectors. In the process of corrosion formation, two parties interact: the material being corroded and the corrosive environment attacking the material. As for corrosion control methods, they are usually divided into active and passive, as well as permanent and temporary. In the case of active methods, resistant alloys are used or corrosion inhibitors are added. Passive protection involves the use of an insulating layer between the material and the aggressive environment (paints, varnishes, other coatings). Permanent protection methods such as tinning, galvanizing, enameling or copper plating are used for protection during operation. Temporary anti-corrosion protection using oil, water and wax substances protects materials for a period of several hours to 2 years, and this period depends on the chosen substance and the thickness of the layer. It is more correct to use this type of protection in cleaning systems. Understanding what kind of impact the part will be exposed to after applying the protection is very important when choosing a substance. An important criterion is the ease of removing the protection before processing the part. The longer the period of storage or transportation, the more long-term protection is required. For example, driers and barrier materials (multilayer aluminum foil) are usually used; such packaging protects against the influence of atmospheric moisture. Alternatives include VCI volatile corrosion inhibitors in powder, liquid, film and paper form. Once the VCI material is removed, the inhibitor evaporates and the protection disappears without a trace.

If your booth design for the Parts2clean includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. We work with experienced video equipment contractors throughout Europe, enabling us to offer you the best possible combination of price and quality.
