Thanks to their size and ease of installation, pop-up displays can be placed almost anywhere. These structures are primarily used at conferences and other short-term events. You should check with the exhibition organizer to see if pop-up systems are permitted at a particular exhibition.
Creating a simple stand design usually takes 1–2 days. For more complex stands and 3D renderings, the time required may increase to three days.
Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the NORTEC, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
The method of installing an exhibition stand depends on various factors, such as the number of floors, size, type, materials used, the presence of a podium, decorative elements, suspensions and overlaps.
