Medcare is Germany’s exclusive event for clinical and non-clinical patient care. The fourth edition will be hosted by Messe Leipzig from 29 to 30 September 2021. Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the Medcare exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
Every exhibition organizer has strict rules for exhibition stand builders. To find out the requirements for the Medcare, you need to obtain a manual from the organizer. This will list the stand requirements and the safety and conduct rules at the venue. If you are building an exhibition stand with us for the Medcare, we will familiarize ourselves with these rules and take them into account when implementing the project.
The organisers of event Medcare determine the conditions and requirements for designing and constructing exhibition stands at their venue. You can request this information via their website or find it in the manual if you have already purchased a place to participate in the exhibition.
If your booth design for the Medcare includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. We work with experienced video equipment contractors throughout Europe, enabling us to offer you the best possible combination of price and quality.
If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
