The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design. Once you have provided this, we will be able to give you an estimate of the cost of your exhibition stand at JEC Europe Composites Show.
There are no size restrictions on stands. We have the capacity and personnel to complete any project, no matter how ambitious. Please note that large stands and complex projects must be submitted to the builder well in advance of installation. Ideally, this should be at least 3 months in advance.
Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the JEC Europe Composites Show exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
Elements that make an exhibition stand more expensive: podium, suspended structures, custom stand elements, storage room, use of LED screens, use of custom furniture, high walls, multi-storey stands, some advertising elements. To reduce the cost of stand construction, consider replacing the listed elements with simpler ones or eliminating them altogether. Contact our specialists for assistance.
