Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the Intermasz exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
Once we have finalised the design of your exhibition stand, we will create renderings. These 3D visualisations show the exhibition stand from all angles, giving you the best possible idea of what your stand will look like at the exhibition.
If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the Intermasz.
Elements that make an exhibition stand more expensive: podium, suspended structures, custom stand elements, storage room, use of LED screens, use of custom furniture, high walls, multi-storey stands, some advertising elements. If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order.
