To order the necessary services, please either email the organizer or place an order through your exhibitor account on their website, provided that you have already booked a place at this exhibition. If you are building an exhibition stand with us, we will manage everything in your exhibitor account and calculate the required number of services.
If you are building an exhibition stand at IMEX Frankfurt with our company, we can order the necessary equipment for you, either through our contractors or via your exhibitor account with the organiser. Otherwise, you will need to order any necessary equipment and services directly from the organiser via email or your exhibitor account.
Elements that make an exhibition stand more expensive: podium, suspended structures, custom stand elements, storage room, use of LED screens, use of custom furniture, high walls, multi-storey stands, some advertising elements. To reduce the cost of stand construction, consider replacing the listed elements with simpler ones or eliminating them altogether. Contact our specialists for assistance.
