Information About the Event Horeca Professional Expo
Horeca Professional Expo (HIP – Hospitality Innovation Planet) is an international exhibition of hotel, restaurant and catering business in Madrid, Spain. IFEMA has joined forces with Nebext to launch a new event, HIP (Hospitality Innovation Plant), which will cover the HoReCa sector and include the full range of exhibitions previously offered by Horeq. The decision to rebuild the fair was made taking into account the successes achieved in the last Horeq exhibitions.
HOREQ represents everything related to the hotel and restaurant business, investments in which are growing every year. HOREQ is an excellent opportunity for many participants and visitors to establish business contacts, exchange experiences and information, conduct all necessary negotiations, and conclude mutually beneficial agreements.
The exhibition is divided into the following thematic sectors: equipment for hotels and restaurants, equipment for laundries and dry cleaners, vending machines, commercial equipment, food delivery services, service technologies, furniture and interior design, upholstery and textile products, tableware, equipment for leisure and sports activities, infrastructure of restaurants and hotels, services for restaurants and hotels.
The exhibition is open only to specialists- about 13,000 of them gather here, and about 200 participants, 230 presentations, 60 conferences and 5 summits are held.

If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
We can offer you an exhibition stand to rent for the Horeca Professional Expo. These stands have a ready-made design that can be adapted slightly to suit your needs or floor space. Send us a floor plan of your exhibition space and we will suggest stand options that best suit your requirements.
These are usually personalized passes for the developer’s team and the customer’s staff. If you order an exhibition stand from Euro Stand Builder, we will prepare all the necessary documents to ensure our team and partners can access the site. To do this, we will need access to your participant account. If we do not have access, it will be the responsibility of the exhibition participant to prepare all the necessary documents.
If your booth design for the Horeca Professional Expo includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. We work with experienced video equipment contractors throughout Europe, enabling us to offer you the best possible combination of price and quality.
