Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
If your booth design for the Expovacaciones includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. Yes, the organizer usually imposes penalties for late arrivals. If this happens through no fault of our own, we are liable to you and the exhibition center, as specified in the contract.
