EuroShop 2026 is the world’s largest trade show for retail and its partners, taking place in Düsseldorf, Germany, from February 22-26, 2026. It is a source of information and inspiration for professionals and decision-makers in all aspects of retail, including marketing, technology, lighting, visual merchandising, shopfitting, refrigeration, energy management and catering equipment.

EuroShop 2026 will be held at Messe Düsseldorf, Stockumer Kirchstraße 61, Düsseldorf, Germany. Technical services at the exhibition venue are provided by the organizer of the exhibition. To order the necessary services, please either email the organizer or place an order through your exhibitor account on their website, provided that you have already booked a place at this exhibition. If you are building an exhibition stand with us, we will manage everything in your exhibitor account and calculate the required number of services.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the EuroShop, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
If you are building an exhibition stand at EuroShop with our company, we can order the necessary equipment for you, either through our contractors or via your exhibitor account with the organiser. Otherwise, you will need to order any necessary equipment and services directly from the organiser via email or your exhibitor account.
Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
These are usually personalized passes for the developer’s team and the customer’s staff. If you order an exhibition stand from Euro Stand Builder, we will prepare all the necessary documents to ensure our team and partners can access the site. To do this, we will need access to your participant account. If we do not have access, it will be the responsibility of the exhibition participant to prepare all the necessary documents.
