Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the WINE PARIS.
Thanks to their size and ease of installation, pop-up displays can be placed almost anywhere. These structures are primarily used at conferences and other short-term events. You should check with the exhibition organizer to see if pop-up systems are permitted at a particular exhibition.
Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the WINE PARIS exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.

We cannot provide organizational information about the event or issue invitations on your behalf.
