Warsaw Pack is a specialized event bringing together all sectors of the packaging industry. The fair consists of: packaging technology zone, automation zone, material zone, printing and label zone, logistics and storage zone, display zone and a broadly defined packaging zone. During the event we will be able to get acquainted with a wide range of food products, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical packaging, transport packaging, industrial packaging and all logistics within and transport. There will be packaging and packaging machines, a wide range of labels and labeling machines. The event will be enriched by numerous conferences and competitions, as well as a special area promoting business contacts
- The Packaging Technologies Sector is a presentation of the latest solutions in the field of packaging technology for manufacturing plants and logistics centers. The exhibition will feature machines and equipment, packaging lines, sorting, filling and dosing systems, palletizing and unloading systems, labeling systems, measuring and weighing systems, etc. In 2017, we are preparing the Palletizing sector.
- The Packaging sector is a platform where the latest packaging solutions for the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries will be presented. Exhibitors will demonstrate new developments in packaging made from synthetic materials, glass, cardboard, paper, wood, metal, etc.

- The Packaging Logistics sector is solutions in the field of packaging of products and goods in production, distribution, logistics warehouses, as well as transportation and warehousing systems, warehouse equipment, weighing systems, transport packaging, labeling systems and labels, transparent films, tapes and packaging materials. In 2017 we are preparing a Logistics Sector dedicated to the food industry.
- The B+R and Project Finance sector is a place for proposals from educational, research institutions, R&D departments and companies involved in project financing, in particular within the framework of the Intellectual Development Program 2014-2020. At the 2nd WARSAW PACK 2017 Exhibition master classes, industry competitions and seminars will be held on how to get money from ZUS and European Funds, how to make money by recycling packaging, how to save on production by optimizing packaging, where to export in 2017, and many others. The purpose of the exhibition is to collect in one place representatives of many sectors of the packaging industry, their clients, as well as create comfortable conditions for business contacts. The main partners of the event are: the Polish Chamber of Containers and Packaging, COBRO – Packaging Research Institute.

Yes, the organizer usually imposes penalties for late arrivals. If this happens through no fault of our own, we are liable to you and the exhibition center, as specified in the contract.
A standard exhibition stand design usually refers to a ‘shell scheme’, the most common and economical layout at exhibitions and trade fairs. Such a stand is typically 3 m x 3 m (9 square metres), though other sizes are also common, such as 6 m x 3 m. The walls consist of two or three white laminated or fabric-covered modular panels. The front panel displays the exhibitor’s name and sometimes the booth number. Basic carpet flooring is often available, but the color range is usually limited.
If you are building an exhibition stand at Warsaw Pack with our company, we can order the necessary equipment for you, either through our contractors or via your exhibitor account with the organiser. Otherwise, you will need to order any necessary equipment and services directly from the organiser via email or your exhibitor account.
Once we have finalised the design of your exhibition stand, we will create renderings. These 3D visualisations show the exhibition stand from all angles, giving you the best possible idea of what your stand will look like at the exhibition.
