FAQ
Elements that make an exhibition stand more expensive: podium, suspended structures, custom stand elements, storage room, use of LED screens, use of custom furniture, high walls, multi-storey stands, some advertising elements. To reduce the cost of stand construction, consider replacing the listed elements with simpler ones or eliminating them altogether. Contact our specialists for assistance. We can advise you on how to reduce the cost of stand construction while maintaining the design as much as possible.
If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the Vilnius Book Fair.
A standard exhibition stand design usually refers to a ‘shell scheme’, the most common and economical layout at exhibitions and trade fairs. Such a stand is typically 3 m x 3 m (9 square metres), though other sizes are also common, such as 6 m x 3 m. The walls consist of two or three white laminated or fabric-covered modular panels. The front panel displays the exhibitor’s name and sometimes the booth number. Basic carpet flooring is often available, but the color range is usually limited.
The method of installing an exhibition stand depends on various factors, such as the number of floors, size, type, materials used, the presence of a podium, decorative elements, suspensions and overlaps. Depending on the complexity of the stand, our engineers will develop algorithms and assembly sequences, which our installers will then use to assemble the stand.
Every exhibition organizer has strict rules for exhibition stand builders. To find out the requirements for the Vilnius Book Fair, you need to obtain a manual from the organizer. This will list the stand requirements and the safety and conduct rules at the venue. If you are building an exhibition stand with us for the Vilnius Book Fair, we will familiarize ourselves with these rules and take them into account when implementing the project.
