We can offer you an exhibition stand to rent for the Secours Expo. These stands have a ready-made design that can be adapted slightly to suit your needs or floor space. Send us a floor plan of your exhibition space and we will suggest stand options that best suit your requirements.
The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design. Once you have provided this, we will be able to give you an estimate of the cost of your exhibition stand at Secours Expo.
If you order an exhibition stand from us, we will order all the necessary services from the exhibition organizer independently. Otherwise, this is usually done via your exhibitor account on the organizer’s website.
If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
A standard exhibition stand design usually refers to a ‘shell scheme’, the most common and economical layout at exhibitions and trade fairs. Such a stand is typically 3 m x 3 m (9 square metres), though other sizes are also common, such as 6 m x 3 m. The walls consist of two or three white laminated or fabric-covered modular panels. The front panel displays the exhibitor’s name and sometimes the booth number. Basic carpet flooring is often available, but the color range is usually limited.
