The organisers of event Pflege Plus determine the conditions and requirements for designing and constructing exhibition stands at their venue. You can request this information via their website or find it in the manual if you have already purchased a place to participate in the exhibition.
We can design an exhibition stand for you for the Pflege Plus exhibition. Simple stands usually take us 1–2 days to design. Depending on the size of your stand and your budget for its construction, we can offer you custom stand design services or modular stands.
Yes, the organizer usually imposes penalties for late arrivals. If this happens through no fault of our own, we are liable to you and the exhibition center, as specified in the contract.
Technical services at the exhibition venue are provided by the organizer of the exhibition. To order the necessary services, please either email the organizer or place an order through your exhibitor account on their website, provided that you have already booked a place at this exhibition. If you are building an exhibition stand with us, we will manage everything in your exhibitor account and calculate the required number of services.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly.
