The cost of constructing an exhibition stand at the MSPO exhibition includes the design elements, logistics and the work of the installation team for assembling and dismantling the stand, as well as the project manager’s work.
Every exhibition organizer has strict rules for exhibition stand builders. To find out the requirements for the MSPO, you need to obtain a manual from the organizer. This will list the stand requirements and the safety and conduct rules at the venue. If you are building an exhibition stand with us for the MSPO, we will familiarize ourselves with these rules and take them into account when implementing the project.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the MSPO, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the MSPO.
