The organisers of event Manga-Comic-Con determine the conditions and requirements for designing and constructing exhibition stands at their venue. You can request this information via their website or find it in the manual if you have already purchased a place to participate in the exhibition.
The method of installing an exhibition stand depends on various factors, such as the number of floors, size, type, materials used, the presence of a podium, decorative elements, suspensions and overlaps. Depending on the complexity of the stand, our engineers will develop algorithms and assembly sequences, which our installers will then use to assemble the stand.
Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly.
