Once we have finalised the design of your exhibition stand, we will create renderings. These 3D visualisations show the exhibition stand from all angles, giving you the best possible idea of what your stand will look like at the exhibition.
If you rent an exhibition stand from us, we provide logistics, assembly, and dismantling services for the stand on site.
Every exhibition organizer has strict rules for exhibition stand builders. To find out the requirements for the Light Building, you need to obtain a manual from the organizer. This will list the stand requirements and the safety and conduct rules at the venue. If you are building an exhibition stand with us for the Light Building, we will familiarize ourselves with these rules and take them into account when implementing the project.
Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
