We offer free design changes. Our aim is to ensure that the stand meets your visual expectations and is as useful as possible during the exhibition.
We can design an exhibition stand for you for the ITB Berlin exhibition. Simple stands usually take us 1–2 days to design. Depending on the size of your stand and your budget for its construction, we can offer you custom stand design services or modular stands.
The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design. Once you have provided this, we will be able to give you an estimate of the cost of your exhibition stand at ITB Berlin.
Thanks to their size and ease of installation, pop-up displays can be placed almost anywhere. These structures are primarily used at conferences and other short-term events. You should check with the exhibition organizer to see if pop-up systems are permitted at a particular exhibition.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the ITB Berlin, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
