Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
We provide a full range of services for the construction of exhibition stands. You need to agree with us in advance on a list of what you will need at the exhibition: any additional equipment, catering services, souvenirs, etc.
Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the INTERLOOK exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
A standard exhibition stand design usually refers to a ‘shell scheme’, the most common and economical layout at exhibitions and trade fairs. Such a stand is typically 3 m x 3 m (9 square metres), though other sizes are also common, such as 6 m x 3 m. The walls consist of two or three white laminated or fabric-covered modular panels.
