Yes, the organizer usually imposes penalties for late arrivals. If this happens through no fault of our own, we are liable to you and the exhibition center, as specified in the contract.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the Furnitech Expo, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the Furnitech Expo.
The cost of constructing an exhibition stand at the Furnitech Expo exhibition includes the design elements, logistics and the work of the installation team for assembling and dismantling the stand, as well as the project manager’s work.
The method of installing an exhibition stand depends on various factors, such as the number of floors, size, type, materials used, the presence of a podium, decorative elements, suspensions and overlaps. Depending on the complexity of the stand, our engineers will develop algorithms and assembly sequences, which our installers will then use to assemble the stand.
