If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the For Pasiv, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
If you are building an exhibition stand at For Pasiv with our company, we can order the necessary equipment for you, either through our contractors or via your exhibitor account with the organiser. Otherwise, you will need to order any necessary equipment and services directly from the organiser via email or your exhibitor account.
We can design an exhibition stand for you for the For Pasiv exhibition. Simple stands usually take us 1–2 days to design. Depending on the size of your stand and your budget for its construction, we can offer you custom stand design services or modular stands.
