Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the EuroCIS exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
We can design an exhibition stand for you for the EuroCIS exhibition. Simple stands usually take us 1–2 days to design. Depending on the size of your stand and your budget for its construction, we can offer you custom stand design services or modular stands.
If your booth design for the EuroCIS includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. We work with experienced video equipment contractors throughout Europe, enabling us to offer you the best possible combination of price and quality.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the EuroCIS, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
The method of installing an exhibition stand depends on various factors, such as the number of floors, size, type, materials used, the presence of a podium, decorative elements, suspensions and overlaps.
