We offer free design changes. Our aim is to ensure that the stand meets your visual expectations and is as useful as possible during the exhibition.

Once we have finalised the design of your exhibition stand, we will create renderings. These 3D visualisations show the exhibition stand from all angles, giving you the best possible idea of what your stand will look like at the exhibition.

The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design. Once you have provided this, we will be able to give you an estimate of the cost of your exhibition stand at BUDMA.

The method of installing an exhibition stand depends on various factors, such as the number of floors, size, type, materials used, the presence of a podium, decorative elements, suspensions and overlaps. Depending on the complexity of the stand, our engineers will develop algorithms and assembly sequences, which our installers will then use to assemble the stand.

Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the BUDMA exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
