We provide a full range of services for the construction of exhibition stands. You need to agree with us in advance on a list of what you will need at the exhibition: any additional equipment, catering services, souvenirs, etc.
The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design. Once you have provided this, we will be able to give you an estimate of the cost of your exhibition stand at Amper.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the Amper, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
