CREATIVA – EUROPE’S LEADING EXHIBITION FOR CREATIVE DESIGN
Once a year CREATIVA organizes the largest and most diverse creative show in Europe, which takes place at Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund. The exhibition is aimed at all those who work (teachers, educators, special educators) and are active and creative people in their free time, or for those who want to purchase custom objects.
For more than 30 years, CREATIVA has been an important exhibition in the German creative community. On average, around 700 exhibitors and around 80,000 visitors meet once a year at Messe Westfalenhallen Dortmund.
The diverse range includes felting, needlework, spinning and weaving, quilting, wood and metal work, silk and glass painting, jewelry making, crafts and design, painting and drawing and much more.
During the exhibition, where exhibitors offer their creative products for purchase and explain to visitors, numerous interactive special events and creative workshops are also offered.
CREATIVA also includes five special highlights as exhibition themes: “CREATIVA Professional”, “CREATIVA PerlenExpo”, “CREATIVA Country Garden” and “CREATIVA Dolls & Bears” and “CAKE DREAMS”.

Thanks to their size and ease of installation, pop-up displays can be placed almost anywhere. These structures are primarily used at conferences and other short-term events. You should check with the exhibition organizer to see if pop-up systems are permitted at a particular exhibition.
No special permits are required for the construction of modular exhibition stands. The decision is yours. Such stands are more environmentally friendly, and organizers are enthusiastic about their use at exhibition venues. We can build a modular exhibition stand for you at the CREATIVA.
If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the CREATIVA.
If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design. Once you have provided this, we will be able to give you an estimate of the cost of your exhibition stand at CREATIVA.
