There are no size restrictions on stands. We have the capacity and personnel to complete any project, no matter how ambitious. Please note that large stands and complex projects must be submitted to the builder well in advance of installation. Ideally, this should be at least 3 months in advance.
Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
If your booth design for the Camper Caravan Show includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. We work with experienced video equipment contractors throughout Europe, enabling us to offer you the best possible combination of price and quality.
The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design. Once you have provided this, we will be able to give you an estimate of the cost of your exhibition stand at Camper Caravan Show.
Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
