Thanks to their size and ease of installation, pop-up displays can be placed almost anywhere. These structures are primarily used at conferences and other short-term events. You should check with the exhibition organizer to see if pop-up systems are permitted at a particular exhibition.
If you order an exhibition stand from us, we will order all the necessary services from the exhibition organizer independently. Otherwise, this is usually done via your exhibitor account on the organizer’s website.
Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
If you are building an exhibition stand at BeautyVISION with our company, we can order the necessary equipment for you, either through our contractors or via your exhibitor account with the organiser. Otherwise, you will need to order any necessary equipment and services directly from the organiser via email or your exhibitor account.
Technical services at the exhibition venue are provided by the organizer of the exhibition. To order the necessary services, please either email the organizer or place an order through your exhibitor account on their website, provided that you have already booked a place at this exhibition. If you are building an exhibition stand with us, we will manage everything in your exhibitor account and calculate the required number of services.
