Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
We provide a full range of services for the construction of exhibition stands. You need to agree with us in advance on a list of what you will need at the exhibition: any additional equipment, catering services, souvenirs, etc.
If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the AULA, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
These are usually personalized passes for the developer’s team and the customer’s staff. If you order an exhibition stand from Euro Stand Builder, we will prepare all the necessary documents to ensure our team and partners can access the site.
