If you are building an exhibition stand at EuroGastro with our company, we can order the necessary equipment for you, either through our contractors or via your exhibitor account with the organiser. Otherwise, you will need to order any necessary equipment and services directly from the organiser via email or your exhibitor account.
We can offer you an exhibition stand to rent for the EuroGastro. These stands have a ready-made design that can be adapted slightly to suit your needs or floor space. Send us a floor plan of your exhibition space and we will suggest stand options that best suit your requirements.
A standard exhibition stand design usually refers to a ‘shell scheme’, the most common and economical layout at exhibitions and trade fairs. Such a stand is typically 3 m x 3 m (9 square metres), though other sizes are also common, such as 6 m x 3 m. The walls consist of two or three white laminated or fabric-covered modular panels. The front panel displays the exhibitor’s name and sometimes the booth number. Basic carpet flooring is often available, but the color range is usually limited.
If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
