If you are not planning to make any significant changes to the stand’s design, we can provide an exhibition stand rental service two weeks before the exhibition. However, during busy exhibition seasons, this may be problematic, as installation teams may not be able to respond to requests promptly. Therefore, if you wish to rent an exhibition stand for the Estampa, we advise you to contact us at least one month in advance.
There are no size restrictions on stands. We have the capacity and personnel to complete any project, no matter how ambitious. Please note that large stands and complex projects must be submitted to the builder well in advance of installation. Ideally, this should be at least 3 months in advance.
Elements that make an exhibition stand more expensive: podium, suspended structures, custom stand elements, storage room, use of LED screens, use of custom furniture, high walls, multi-storey stands, some advertising elements. To reduce the cost of stand construction, consider replacing the listed elements with simpler ones or eliminating them altogether. Contact our specialists for assistance. If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you.
