If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the Manga-Comic-Con.
Once we have finalised the design of your exhibition stand, we will create renderings. These 3D visualisations show the exhibition stand from all angles, giving you the best possible idea of what your stand will look like at the exhibition.
Yes, the organizer usually imposes penalties for late arrivals. If this happens through no fault of our own, we are liable to you and the exhibition center, as specified in the contract.
If you are building an exhibition stand at Manga-Comic-Con with our company, we can order the necessary equipment for you, either through our contractors or via your exhibitor account with the organiser. Otherwise, you will need to order any necessary equipment and services directly from the organiser via email or your exhibitor account.
Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
