Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the iENA exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
Elements that make an exhibition stand more expensive: podium, suspended structures, custom stand elements, storage room, use of LED screens, use of custom furniture, high walls, multi-storey stands, some advertising elements. To reduce the cost of stand construction, consider replacing the listed elements with simpler ones or eliminating them altogether. Contact our specialists for assistance. We can advise you on how to reduce the cost of stand construction while maintaining the design as much as possible.
Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
