If you order an exhibition stand from Euro Stand Builder, we will prepare all the necessary documents to ensure our team and partners can access the site. To do this, we will need access to your participant account. If we do not have access, it will be the responsibility of the exhibition participant to prepare all the necessary documents.
Creating a simple stand design usually takes 1–2 days. For more complex stands and 3D renderings, the time required may increase to three days.
Yes, the organizer usually imposes penalties for late arrivals. If this happens through no fault of our own, we are liable to you and the exhibition center, as specified in the contract.
No special permits are required for the construction of modular exhibition stands. The decision is yours. Such stands are more environmentally friendly, and organizers are enthusiastic about their use at exhibition venues. We can build a modular exhibition stand for you at the Altenheim Expo.
If you have not entrusted us with organising the admission tickets, it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary documents are in order. However, if you have entrusted us with preparing the documents and have given us access to your exhibitor’s office, we will take care of everything ourselves.
