Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
Once we have finalised the design of your exhibition stand, we will create renderings. These 3D visualisations show the exhibition stand from all angles, giving you the best possible idea of what your stand will look like at the exhibition.
No special permits are required for the construction of modular exhibition stands. The decision is yours. Such stands are more environmentally friendly, and organizers are enthusiastic about their use at exhibition venues. We can build a modular exhibition stand for you at the S.Project.
If your booth design for the S.Project includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. We work with experienced video equipment contractors throughout Europe, enabling us to offer you the best possible combination of price and quality.
These are usually personalized passes for the developer’s team and the customer’s staff. If you order an exhibition stand from Euro Stand Builder, we will prepare all the necessary documents to ensure our team and partners can access the site. To do this, we will need access to your participant account. If we do not have access, it will be the responsibility of the exhibition participant to prepare all the necessary documents.
