Information About the Event BioWest
BioWest is a regional exhibition dedicated to organic food retailers and has been established across the country together with sister exhibitions BioNord, BioOst and BioSüd as a forum and meeting place for the organic food industry. It dates back to the 10th anniversary of the organic wholesaler Naturkost Nord, which opened with the BioNord exhibition not only a gateway for its customers and suppliers, but also for all players in the industry. The response was so overwhelming that the organizer developed a separate unique concept for the exhibition.
At the insistence of exhibitors and visitors, a regional exhibition that began its existence in the south of Germany in 2009 and expanded in 2013 to areas of the east and west due to its huge success, BioWest takes place once a year in Düsseldorf and will be open to visitors. The fair offers quality-oriented organic food products in the areas of health food stores and organic cuisine. Thus, associations, journalists and politicians can find a forum to exchange ideas and information and actively shape the future of the organic sector.

Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
A standard exhibition stand design usually refers to a ‘shell scheme’, the most common and economical layout at exhibitions and trade fairs. Such a stand is typically 3 m x 3 m (9 square metres), though other sizes are also common, such as 6 m x 3 m. The walls consist of two or three white laminated or fabric-covered modular panels. The front panel displays the exhibitor’s name and sometimes the booth number. Basic carpet flooring is often available, but the color range is usually limited.
If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the BioWest.
Every exhibition organizer has strict rules for exhibition stand builders. To find out the requirements for the BioWest, you need to obtain a manual from the organizer. This will list the stand requirements and the safety and conduct rules at the venue. If you are building an exhibition stand with us for the BioWest, we will familiarize ourselves with these rules and take them into account when implementing the project.
The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design.
