Seasoned Exhibition Stand Builder At Conversion Club

If you are building an exhibition stand at Conversion Club with our company, we can order the necessary equipment for you, either through our contractors or via your exhibitor account with the organiser. Otherwise, you will need to order any necessary equipment and services directly from the organiser via email or your exhibitor account.

A standard exhibition stand design usually refers to a ‘shell scheme’, the most common and economical layout at exhibitions and trade fairs. Such a stand is typically 3 m x 3 m (9 square metres), though other sizes are also common, such as 6 m x 3 m. The walls consist of two or three white laminated or fabric-covered modular panels. The front panel displays the exhibitor’s name and sometimes the booth number. Basic carpet flooring is often available, but the color range is usually limited.

There are no size restrictions on stands. We have the capacity and personnel to complete any project, no matter how ambitious. Please note that large stands and complex projects must be submitted to the builder well in advance of installation. Ideally, this should be at least 3 months in advance.

The cost of constructing an exhibition stand at the Conversion Club exhibition includes the design elements, logistics and the work of the installation team for assembling and dismantling the stand, as well as the project manager’s work.

If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the Conversion Club.
