The Corrosion Protection and Surface Treatment Technology Exhibition, Expo-Surface, is a showcase of, among others, protective coating technology and instrumentation, equipment used for cleaning and surface preparation, specialty chemicals, and surface treatment equipment and systems. There are no size restrictions on stands. We have the capacity and personnel to complete any project, no matter how ambitious. Please note that large stands and complex projects must be submitted to the builder well in advance of installation. Ideally, this should be at least 3 months in advance.
Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
No special permits are required for the construction of modular exhibition stands. The decision is yours. Such stands are more environmentally friendly, and organizers are enthusiastic about their use at exhibition venues. We can build a modular exhibition stand for you at the Expo-Surface.
If your booth design for the Expo-Surface includes LED panels and you are not planning to provide your own, we can arrange to rent them for your stand. We work with experienced video equipment contractors throughout Europe, enabling us to offer you the best possible combination of price and quality.
