Information About the Event Motosalon
MOTOSALON is the largest industry presentation in Central Europe and is the only motorcycle fair that is held under the auspices of the Automobile Importers Association – Motorcycle Section and sponzored by the Automotive Industry Association (AIA). It was included in the international Acem calendar of exhibitions and fairs.
In accordance with an agreement between the BVV Brno Exhibition and the Motorcycle Section of the Association of Automotive Importers, the venue alternates between the cities of Prague and Brno annually. After a year of pause, the fourth edition of MOTOSALON will take place at the PVA EXPO PRAHA exhibition area.
The exhibition will showcase the full range of important brands available on the Czech market and the hottest new products and will offer the visitor a display of everything related to motorcycles, including an attractive support program.

Technical services at the exhibition venue are provided by the organizer of the exhibition. To order the necessary services, please either email the organizer or place an order through your exhibitor account on their website, provided that you have already booked a place at this exhibition. If you are building an exhibition stand with us, we will manage everything in your exhibitor account and calculate the required number of services.
The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design. Once you have provided this, we will be able to give you an estimate of the cost of your exhibition stand at Motosalon.
Each organizer has its own requirements for the deadline for submitting stand designs for approval. This information can be obtained from the organizer.
We can offer you an exhibition stand to rent for the Motosalon. These stands have a ready-made design that can be adapted slightly to suit your needs or floor space. Send us a floor plan of your exhibition space and we will suggest stand options that best suit your requirements.
Before you start installing your exhibition stand, you must pay for your exhibition space and make a prepayment to the stand builder. You must also pay for any additional services you have ordered from the organizer, such as forklifts, electricity, extra equipment, and hangers.
