If you require a two-storey exhibition stand, we would be delighted to build it for you. We can also design such a stand for you. Certain engineering calculations need to be performed for such stands and submitted to the exhibition organiser for approval. Due to the additional time required for the implementation of a two-storey stand project, please contact us for assistance no later than three months before the start of the Samuplast.
Our production team can create an exhibition stand for you in no time. However, we recommend that you start preparing for the Samuplast exhibition as soon as possible. If you require a complex design, a large stand or a two-storey structure, we recommend contacting us at least three months before the exhibition. If the stand is simple and does not require any special custom elements, we can take it on if you contact us three weeks before the event.
Once we have finalised the design of your exhibition stand, we will create renderings. These 3D visualisations show the exhibition stand from all angles, giving you the best possible idea of what your stand will look like at the exhibition.
If you order an exhibition stand from us, we will order all the necessary services from the exhibition organizer independently. Otherwise, this is usually done via your exhibitor account on the organizer’s website.
The cost of a stand depends on a number of factors, but the stand’s design plays a decisive role. Depending on the design, costs can range from €200 to €2,000 per square meter of exhibition space rented. In order to calculate the cost of the stand, we require the design. Once you have provided this, we will be able to give you an estimate of the cost of your exhibition stand at Samuplast.
